**Update your tablet driver.**

(if not work, unintall wacom driver, restart the computer then reinstall. Must be reboot!! Disable any anti-virus program running in the background before you reboot the computer.)

Play around the portion setting in the in wacom tablet propeties under mapping. Set mode to "pen", and tablet area to Full. Or play around with different option.

Change your montior setting, with different resolution.
